Meet the historian



Alajuela Walking tour is guided by an historian and international relations specialist.

He worked for more than 11 years for United Nations University for Peace as Academic Officer in the Masters Degree programmes of 1) Gender and Peacebuilding and 2) Peace Education.

Also, he served as Training Assistant at the Latin America Training Center of Habitat for Humanity International.

He has more than 20 years as researcher in history of Costa Rica and Alajuela City.

Frequently, he appears in the costarrican famous TV show "Informe 11 Las Historias" sharing many costarrican and Alajuela historic issues.
